General licence to sell scheduled medicines and scheduled poisons (not less than 25km by road from pharmacy) - Queensland

You require this licence if your business, which is not a pharmacy, intends to sell scheduled medicines and/or scheduled poisons (S2, S3 or S7) by retail. These substances may include cough medicines, pain relief tablets and items which may be purchased from a pharmacy without a prescription or intervention by a pharmacist.

If your business operates within 25km (by road) of the nearest pharmacy you will not be issued with the licence.
