Health Regulation 1996 - Part 3 Cancer Registration - Queensland

Description

The purpose of the Health Regulation 1996 Part 3 Cancer Registration is to ensure the collection of a basic information source for research and to assist with the planning of Queensland's health services to control and reduce the incidence of cancer.

The Health Regulation requires public and private hospitals, pathology laboratories and nursing homes to submit, in an appropriate form, cancer related information and statistics to the Queensland Cancer Registry.

  • Manual or instructions for the completion and dispatch of cancer registration forms by Queensland hospitals and nursing homes.
