What Support is Provided?

The Police Citizens Youth Clubs can provide advice and assistance to retailers and hoteliers who may be experiencing problems or concerns caused by youth.

Retail centres experiencing problems with youth congregating, causing vandalism and shoplifting, and hoteliers having problems with under-age drinking can request alternative activities for the local area, such as blue light discos, to alleviate these problems.

These activities may be conducted at the Police-Citizen's Youth Club or other suitable venues as part of a whole community response to any issues.
