Pre-sale inspection report - Food business - Brisbane City Council - Queensland

If you are buying an existing food business, you may wish to apply for a pre-sale inspection report to check the current level of compliance. It is not a mandatory requirement, however is very helpful when considering purchasing a business. From the date the application is made, it takes 20 business days to complete the report and is valid for 21 days from the issue date.
