- Queensland Government Agent Program
- Queensland Government Service Centres.
People in regional, rural and remote areas can visit one of our Queensland Government Service Centres located in Brisbane, Maroochydore and Cairns or one of the over 80 Queensland Government Agent Program offices throughout the state.
Queenslanders are able to access government information and services and complete a number of transactions via one phone call to the Smart Service Queensland Contact Centre.
Experienced customer service advisors are trained to deliver specific services on behalf of the Queensland Government via the Contact Centre.
Queenslanders can access Smart Service Queensland 24/7 from anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local call.
Queenslanders are able to access government information and services and complete a number of transactions face-to-face with our experienced counter staff via the following counters:
- Queensland Government Service Centre (QGSC)
- Queensland Government Agent Program (QGAP)
