Training Programs for Dispute Resolution - Queensland


The Dispute Resolution Branch provides high quality conflict resolution training to organisations, agencies and individuals to help improve communication and manage conflict.

The Department, through its Dispute Resolution Branch, conducts training in conflict resolution and dispute management processes including mediation, negotiation, facilitation dealing with difficult behaviours, and prevention of workplace bullying. Courses can be tailored to meet needs of organisations and can be delivered from 1-5 days. The mediation training satisfies the requirements of the National Mediator Accreditation System 2015.

A schedule of fees are available on request and can be found on the agency's website.

Training proposals can be created for organisations requiring twelve or more staff to be trained. This allows us to offer reductions on a per head basis.
