Purpose of this form

This form allows you to lodge a trust account audit report for the following occupations:

  • real estate agent

  • resident letting agent

  • auctioneer

  • chattel auctioneer

  • motor dealer

  • field agent.

A trust account audit report can be lodged by:

  • an auditor

  • a licensee.


This form allows auditors to:

  • submit audit reports for client accounts that have been active during the audit period

  • advise that a client account is not included in the report to be submitted or is closed.

The form allows licensees to:

  • submit an audit report for an audit period

  • provide a statutory declaration for accounts that have been inactive during a specific audit period

  • advise that an account is not included in the audit report to be submitted or is closed

  • submit a final audit report as you have stopped trading.

To complete this form, you will need:

  • a digital copy of each audit report you intend to submit; and/or

  • a statutory declaration about any account(s) inactive during the audit period.
