You require this licence:
A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
You must be a fit and proper person to be allowed to possess Schedule 4 medicines in the State of Queensland.
This licence remains in effect for 12 months from the date of granting. You are able to renew this licence by reapplying each year.
