Description

You require this licence:

  • to carry or supply samples of Schedule 4 medicines (restricted drugs) while acting as an employee of a restricted drug manufacturer or wholesale licensee
  • to be in possession of Schedule 4 medicines (restricted drugs) for display and or supply to medical, veterinary and or dental practitioners.

Eligibility requirements


You must be a fit and proper person to be allowed to possess Schedule 4 medicines in the State of Queensland.

Duration

This licence remains in effect for 12 months from the date of granting. You are able to renew this licence by reapplying each year.

Application process

You can obtain this licence by completing the application form and submitting it with any required documentation and the prescribed fee to the address specified.   

Transfer

You are unable to transfer this licence as it is issued to individuals only.
