Work Education Programs - Queensland

Description

This support service aims to provide students with opportunities to learn at first hand how business and industry operate and expectations that employers have of employees.

Schools arrange for business and industry personnel to conduct presentations and workshops at schools and to consult on school to work programs and vocational education and training programs in order to foster a greater understanding of business and industry among teachers and students, and build partnerships between schools and their local communities.

Work Education Programs are programs which prepare students for post school options and choices.
