Craft beer producer endorsement - Queensland

If you hold a Queensland commercial other producer/wholesaler licence for a craft brewery business operated on the licensed premises you may apply for an endorsement on your licence to sell or supply your craft beer at promotional events.

To be eligible for this endorsement you must conduct the business of producing craft beer on the licensed premises and meet the following criteria:

  • no more than 5 million litres of beer is produced in any financial year; and

  • the licensee, including any related body corporate, does not hold more than 1 producer/wholesaler licence or equivalent licence issued by another state.
