Permit to operate a saleyard/trucking yard (Logan) - Queensland

Description

Council advise they do not regulate saleyards or trucking yards. However, these activities may be regulated under council's planning scheme.

Please contact council to ascertain whether:

  • your business (or proposed use) is permitted under council's planning scheme, the level of assessment required to progress any application that may be required, conditions attached to any relevant existing development approval and other relevant development information;
  • a Development Application Building Works is required;
  • the installation of any plumbing fixtures (wash hand basins, sinks, floor waste, etc) or the alteration of existing plumbing requires prior approval;
  • to obtain relevant IDAS application forms.
