Accreditation as a Dairy Processor - South Australia


Any person intending to manufacture or pack dairy produce must obtain Accreditation.

There are two categories of accreditation:

  • Large scale Dairy Processor
  • Small scale Dairy Processor

These categories are based on the amount of milk processed.

2018-2019 fees:
Large dairy processors (>1m litres): 0.0640 cents/litre
Small processors (<1m litres): $790/annum
New Applications: $100
