You will need this licence if you intend to conduct commercial activities on council land, parklands, reserves, rivers or lakes.

The types of activities include, but are not limited to:

  • hiring parklands, reserves or lakes
  • lighting a fire or barbecue
  • driving vehicles
  • sporting activities
  • petrol station pumps
  • conduct petitions and surveys
  • any other form of commercial function, display or exhibition.
