Encroachment Consent/Permit - City of Adelaide Council - South Australia

Description

Encroachment consent is required to obtain an encroachment permit in circumstances where a building encroaches over public space, for example, awnings, verandahs or premises. Approval is sought from the Council.

Encroachment consents are also required for any infrastructure placed under Council land e.g. fibre optic cable.
