Licence to Transport Security Sensitive Ammonium Nitrate - South Australia


You will need a licence to transport 20 kg or more of security sensitive ammonium nitrate (SSAN) by road or rail. SSAN is a blend of ammonium nitrate that contains greater than 45% ammonium nitrate.

If explosives are to be stored overnight, a licence to store on premises or in a magazine is required.
