Permit to Keep and Sell Eggs of Protected Animals - South Australia


All eggs of fauna native to Australia are protected. It is an offence to take the eggs of a protected animal from the wild. A permit is required to keep five (5) or more eggs of protected animals.

Applications lodged after 1 January 2018 are applicable for a Half Year fee - $20
