Provisional Building Rules Consent - District Council of Tumby Bay - South Australia


Persons wishing to undertake building work may need to obtain provisional building rules consent and development approval.

Building work includes the construction, demolition or removal of a building and excavations for the construction and demolition or removal of a building. Some minor forms of building work are exempted under Schedule 3 of the Development Regulations 1993. Proposed building work is assessed against the requirements of the Building Rules by the relevant authority or a private certifier.
