Rules for the Safe Transport, Handling and Storage of Dangerous Substances and Oils in Port Areas - South Australia


Where dangerous goods are being handled on or at a wharf other than in the area of the Port of Darwin, the handling shall be carried out in accordance with (a) the requirements contained in the Rules, or (b) the requirements of the Chief Inspector.
