Description

A street trader's licence is required to sell or display anything for sale, set up stands, stalls tables or displays, sing, chant or play a musical instrument or operate a food van on streets. Vehicles used for the sale of food must be inspected by the Environmental Health Officer under the Public and Environmental Health Act 1987.
