Permission to Erect a Moveable Sign which is Contrary to By-law - South Australia

Description

Persons intending to place a moveable sign on a street or road may do so without seeking permission from Council provided the sign complies with the Council's By-laws in relation to moveable signs.

Where, however, the moveable sign to be erected contravenes the specifications contained in the By-law, Council permission must be obtained prior to placing the sign on the street or road.

The By-laws provide conditions for the construction of, placement of, sizing of and restriction on signs.
