Description

The issue of a trade plate is restricted to persons such as vehicle repairers and motor dealers wishing to drive an unregistered vehicle for limited purposes, eg delivery of a vehicle from manufacturer to a dealer or auctioneer, testing of a vehicle that has recently been repaired or test driving a new vehicle prior to sale.
