ANZFSC Standard 4.2.3 - Production and Processing Standard for Meat - Tasmania

Description

You may be required to comply with this standard if you are involved in the primary production and processing of meat for human consumption.

This standard sets out the food safety requirements and the measures that must be implemented to control food safety hazards during the primary production and processing of meat.
