You will need approval if you intend to manage a crematorium or carry out a regulated business. A crematorium is a regulated business that handles, stores or transports of human remains or prepares of human remains for interment or cremation.

The equipment and apparatus in the course of business at a crematorium must be compliant with all relevant legislation.
