Australian Standard AS 1674 Safety in Welding and Allied Processes - Fire Precautions - Tasmania

Description

You will be required to comply with this standard if you intend to undertake welding and other allied processes.

This standard sets out the safety requirements needed when undertaking hot work to prevent the possibility of fire or explosion. This standard particularly applies to hot work undertaken during construction, manufacturing, maintenance, repairs, demolition and where plant or equipment contains flammable, combustible or explosive material.
