Consent for Importing Fish - Tasmania

Description

You will require this consent if you intend to import any:

  • Live aquatic crustacean, molluscan or invertebrate animal;
  • Kind of species of live fish; or
  • Live salmon eggs or sperm.

Please see the attached document for a list of species that may be imported by registered fish dealers without additional permission. Additionally, these requirements do not apply to goldfish that have been imported into Tasmania under the authority of another Act.
