Licensed Premises Gaming Operators Code of Practice - Provision of Cash for Gaming - Tasmania

Description

You will be required to comply with this code if you hold a Tasmanian Gaming Licence and intend to provide cash to patrons via an electronic funds transfer point of sale (EFTPOS) terminal.

This code covers the provision of cash to patrons in venues where a licensed premises gaming licence is in force in Tasmania. The code places strict limits on the use of EFTPOS and other means of supplying cash.
