You will require this permit if you intend to hold a motor vehicle race. This permit is for a motor race held on any location or premises.

To be eligible for this permit you must:

  • make written application to the District Commander, providing full details of where the event is to be held, specifying, date, time, road(s) to be used, number of competitors, etc.
  • hold appropriate insurance provided by an insurer approved by the Motor Accidents Insurance Board
  • pay relevant application fees.
