Operate as a Land Valuer - Tasmania

Description

There is no formal registration if you intend to provide land valuation services. However, the legislation requires that you must complete a prescribed course of study and have the necessary practical experience as determined by an organisation representing the interests of valuers' in Tasmania.

The provision of land valuing operations on behalf of the government is usually allocated via a tender process.

If you hold a current equivalent registration in another Australian State or Territory you may be eligible to apply for this acknowledgement under mutual recognition arrangements.
