Permit to Construct, Remove or Alter a Vehicle Crossing - Tasmania

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to do any of the following over a footpath, kerb and channel, table drain or vehicle access:

  • Construct, install, remove or alter a vehicle crossing, whether temporarily or permanently;
  • Construct or lay down a bridge; or
  • Construct any other type of crossing.

An application for Permit is to be in writing and accompanied by:

  • Any other information the Contact Officer may reasonably require; and
  • Payment of any applicable fee.
