Standard 4.2.5 Primary Production and Processing Standard for Eggs and Egg Product - Tasmania

Description

You may be required to comply with this standard if you are involved in commercial egg production.

This standard prescribes best practices for the safe production of eggs for human consumption and aims to minimise the risk of foodborne illness outbreaks in relation to eggs or egg products, particularly cracked and dirty eggs which have been a key cause of contamination.
