Description

You will be required to comply with these guidelines if you approve, supply, install or maintain alcohol interlocks. An alcohol interlock is a device that is installed into a motor vehicle that must be used before the motor vehicle can be started. An alcohol interlock tests the amount of alcohol on a persons breathe.

These guidelines provide a details on the following requirements for alcohol interlocks:

  • status of alcohol interlock supplier
  • device installation and maintenance.
