Description

You will require this approval if you intend to manufacture or install an electronic work diary (EWD) for a fatigue-regulated heavy vehicle. The types of businesses who may want to apply for this approval include manufacturers, operators and drivers of fatigue-related heavy vehicles.

EWDs are an electronic alternative to traditional work diaries, and must have the capability to store and share all required information in an appropriate manner.
