You will require this permit to place a charity bin or a clothing bin on public land. Charity bins and clothing bins are receptacles used for accepting or collecting donations.
Public land includes any land owned or managed by your Council.
A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
Public liability insurance coverage ($10 million) may be required. Please consult the Council for further details of the eligibility requirements and conditions for this permit.
