Mandatory Code of Practice for the Employment of Children in Entertainment - Victoria

Description

You will be required to comply with this code if you intend to employ people under the age of fifteen in the entertainment industry for purposes such as modelling, acting, and circus, drama and dance performances. This includes employment in areas such as advertising, plays, theatres, circuses, radio, television and films.

The code provides information on matters such as working hours, supervision, health, travel, food, breaks and the type of work.
