You will require this permit if you intend to dispose, deposit or discharge certain materials onto council / public land or drains. The permit covers the following:

  • dust
  • wastewater
  • waste
  • mud
  • concrete
  • paint
  • oil
  • chemicals
  • dangerous, infectious or hazardous materials.

Activities at any waste and recycling centre are also covered by this permit.
