Description

You will require this permit if you intend to place or display any goods in a public place. For example, you will require this permit to place goods on the footpath immediately outside a premises where you sell goods.

Public places include:

  • roads
  • footpaths
  • any land that is owned, occupied, maintained, or managed by a local council.
