Restricted Club Licence - Victoria

Description

You will require this licence if you operate a club and intend to supply alcohol. A restricted club licence authorises you to supply alcohol on your premises to:

  • members of your club for consumption on the premises
  • guests of a member for consumption on the premises
  • authorised gaming visitors for consumption on the premises.

Unlike a full club licence, a restricted club licence will only authorise you to supply alcohol at set times specified by the agency in your licence. A full club licence is also required to supply alcohol to members for off-premises consumption.

Special procedures apply for two or more clubs that wish to amalgamate and apply for one club licence.

To apply, complete the Restricted Club Licence application form.

Please consult the responsible agency for more information and to ascertain the level of compliance (if any) that may be required.
