Description

You will require this permit if you intend to place a storage or bulk rubbish container on a road. A bulk rubbish container is a bin, skip, container or other structure designed or used for holding a substantial quantity of rubbish and which is unlikely to be lifted without mechanical assistance.

This does not include any container used in connection with your local council's regular domestic rubbish collections.

This also include other facilities that may be placed on the road.
