Permit to Remove Materials from Council Land - Victoria

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to remove materials of any kind that have been deposited on council land. This includes items such as recyclables, rubbish and other items that have been deposited on council land for collection. For the purposes of the permit, council land includes footpaths, roads, reserves.

Other than with a permit, collection or scavenging from Council land is usually prohibited.
