You will be required to comply this code if you hold a permit to possess and supply baits that contain monofluoroacetate (1080). You will also be required to comply with this code if you are a veterinary surgeon and intend to use veterinary chemicals or hormonal growth promotants (HGPs).

The code provides methods for the evaluation, approval and control of agricultural chemical products or veterinary chemical products. Compliance with the code ensures that chemical products are stored, used and controlled correctly.
