Approval / Exemption for Alternative Vapour Management Systems - Western Australia

Description

You may require an approval or exemption if you intend to operate a premise that will receive bulk fuel and organic liquid into tanks.

Examples of such premises include

  • petrol stations
  • refuelling depots
  • fuel refineries.

You will also require this approval if you intend to use an alternative vapour capture and disposal system to those listed in the regulations.

You will require an exemption if you intend to use your own vapour control equipment rather than of the prescribed type.
