Approval of Monitoring Equipment - Western Australia

Description

You may need this approval if you hold a works approval or an emissions licence for prescribed premises. A condition of both permits is that the occupier of premises must monitor and analyse pollution or environmental harm in accordance with a specified monitoring program.

A specified monitoring program must be carried out using equipment approved by the Environment and Conservation Department CEO.
