Australian Standard AS 4466: Hygienic Production of Rabbit Meat for Human Consumption - Western Australia


You will be required to comply with this standard if you intend to operate a game carcass field depot or a wild game meat processing plant which processes rabbit meat for human consumption. This standard sets out requirements for the production and hygiene quality control of meat from rabbits processed for human consumption in Australia.
