This standard sets out requirements for the construction of electrical equipment that will be used in explosive atmospheres and comprises:

  • AS 2380.1-1989 Electrical equipment for explosive atmospheres - Explosion-protection techniques - General requirements
  • AS 2380.4-1994 Electrical equipment for explosive atmospheres - Explosion-protection techniques - Pressurised rooms or pressurised enclosures.
