Australian Standard AS 3637.3 Underground Mining - Winding Suspension Equipment - Rope Cappings - Western Australia

Description

You will be required to comply with this Standard if you are the manager of an underground mine and you intend to erect a winding system for the transportation of persons, materials or rock.

This Standard outlines the requirements for the types of rope cappings used in the suspension of conveyances and balance ropes in vertical shafts and slope haulage declines of underground mines.
