Standards for Testing Precast Concrete Septic Tank - Western Australia

Description

You will need to comply with the following standards if you intend to design or manufacture a precast concrete septic tank:

  • AS 1342-1973 Precast concrete drainage pipes
  • AS 1012.1 to 13 (inclusive) 1981
  • AS 2733-1984 Concrete blocks

When the tank being compliance tested, the testing must be carried out in accordance with this standard, and with AS 1012.1 to 13 (inclusive) 1981. Precast concrete and concrete masonry segments must be tested in accordance with AS 2733-1984 concrete blocks.
