Debt Collector's Licence - Western Australia

Description

You will require this licence if you intend to work as or perform the functions of a debt collector. Debt collectors carry on the business of collecting, requesting or demanding payment of debts on behalf of other persons. You can apply for a company licence or an individual licence.

Anyone who carries on the business of or in any way holds themselves out to be working as a debt collector or performing any of the functions of a debt collector is required to be licensed.
