Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this permit you must:

• submit a plan detailing specifications of the proposed eating area at a scale of 1:50 and include information on the location and dimensions of the proposed eating area
• submit a plan and specifications at a scale of 1:20 showing the eating area and all land and improvements thereon within 30 meters of the boundaries of the eating area
• provide colour photographs of the tables, chairs and other structures to be set up in the eating area
• submit a written statement of the proposed days and times of operation
• provide any written particulars of arrangements made in respect of public liability insurance of not less than $1,000,000.
