Description

You may require this permit if you intend to possess liquor in unsealed containers in public places.

Places covered by this permit may include public land owned, occupied, managed or cared for by your Council (whether or not on the payment of an admittance fee, such as for a special public celebration or event).

Your Council may stipulate certain areas and times for which this permit is required.

Please note alcohol bans apply in some community areas. Please consult the Contact Officer for more information.
