Report on Gaming Premises - S.55 Certificate - Western Australia

Description

If you are applying for approval of a gaming premises, you may be required to obtain a report from your Council certifying that your premises conforms with the required standards. If you have been asked to provide this certificate, then your approval to use a premises as a gaming premises cannot be granted until the report has been completed. This report certifies that your premises complies with (or could comply with, if certain actions were taken) requirements made under health, building and planning legislation.
